Equitable Cities is seeking Black/African American people of all backgrounds across gender, LGBTQ+, able-bodiedness, ages, and economic status to participate in a 20-minute national survey on Black ridership. We’re giving away $2,000 for family members and individuals to take the survey (one gift card per person, however, multiple gift cards per family accepted). We want to hear your voice on how to best serve your bicycling needs.
- We appreciate you taking the time to participate in the survey. The research is led by two Black researchers who are also cyclists and have conducted similar studies across the US, such as:
- Barriers to Bicycle Access and Use in Black and Hispanic Communities (2016)
- Evaluating Spatial Equity in Bike Share Systems (2019)
- Bicycling Among Black and Latino Women (2016)
- Where Do We Go From Here? Breaking Down Barriers to Bicycling in the US (2021)
